This project, at the European level, comprised the processes' optimization in order to enable a globalization of physical flows, plus a redefinition of information systems and organizations.
Additionnaly, we advise our customer to improve its upstream Supply Chain; especially on the quantification and qualification of the returns to focus on the returns of high value added products that can be directly re-integrated into the distribution channel.
As project manager, my role was to supervise the design and development of the agreed solution to support the new organization and in particular to carry out the changes, software development and production deployment.
The return on investment enabled our customer to auto-finance its project before the production deployment of the last phase, which proves its great success.
