Our Methodology: Scope Definition StageThe scope definition or preparatory stage takes the following challenges into account:
- Understanding of the business environment and harmonization requirements of clients processes;
- Detailed finalization of the scope: definition of vital orientations for launching the tool’s design stage (harmonization of processes);
- Identification of highly productive transformation projects which the client can launch at the same time as the solution; assessment of the objectives linked with performance;
- Setting deadlines for the decisions necessary for the solution’s design;
- Management sponsorship and consensus on all of these points.
