- A strong scope definition stage which unites management and specifies objectives of gains, challenges of restructuring processes and the detailed scope of the solution;
- An attention focused on the team's cohesion and capacity to transfer knowledge;
- Compliance with the standard functionalities of the tool;
- Project management which places emphasis on deadlines and quality;
- Periodic and frequent validation stages (in particular at the end of each phase and before Go Live);
- An application of project management methods: implementation of quality procedures from the project’s deployment onwards, management of documentation, use of adapted tools and capitalization of feedback;
- At the end of the project, the customer will have optimized processes and a solid solution which is ready to be implemented into production;
- The solution will call upon the rules and processes of shared and solid management and will be designed on the principle of zero specific development;
- The scenario for deployment will describe the interactions between technical choices and their human feasibility and will prepare the later stages in order to avoid any “Go Live delays” or “flashbacks”;
- Restructuring of processes will be carried out in an ambitious manner, consistent with the developed solution which can allow measurement of gains where necessary corrective actions will be deployed.
