Our methodology: Management of DecisionThe decision-making process aims to help the management to have the required visibility on major developments so that their validation ensures that:
- The solution achieved complies with management expectations;
- There are no questions, at the moment of deployment, about the options chosen in the scope definition stage, when management rules and associated challenges are presented;
- The managers are aware of the importance of actions taken in their departments before deploying the tool.
This is why a decision and / or a validation will involve:
- The functional manager of the area concerned by the decision: the person who will use the solution as a source of progress for his functional activity;
- Any manager whose teams are concerned by the choices made: the people who accept / do not accept the bringing into production of the solution.
