The executive committee

With a degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Tours (ESCEM) (Business School) in 1996,<br>Guillaume was first in charge of logistics for the company Italcementi. He then became a consultant for five years at Accenture, then at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 2002, he chose to work as an independent consultant. He worked on missions for Air Liquide, Antalis, EADS, Lexmark, Renault, Saint-Gobain and the Société des Pétroles Shell.<br>Guillaume actively participated in the creation of Conseils-Plus and is now the chairman of the company.

Guillaume NANOT, Chairman

Tours Management School (ESCEM), graduated in 1996

Pierre worked for eight years in France and in Germany for the publisher SAP<sup>®</sup> and participated in strategic projects for clients such as SAGEM. His dual training in IT and production management enabled him to propose modalities for improvements in the exchanges between their functional and technical teams. His 3-year experience in pre-sales enabled him to master the business and financial stakes. Thereafter, he was responsible at the European level for the Master Data Management. At the end of 2005, Pierre came to Conseils-Plus as a partner. He is responsible for the consistency of client information systems, in particular those using Netweaver.

Pierre HUGOT, Partner

Master of Computer Sciences Degree, Master of International Management Degree

With a degree from the CESEM in Reims, Matthias specializes in stock management issues. Abroad as in France, for the company SEB then for Nexans, he actively contributed in implementing the SAP<sup>®</sup> software package and to organize the purchasing and supply process. In 2004 he was in charge of a team for the SAP<sup>®</sup> deployment at Antalis. He founded Conseils-Plus in 2005 and became the Purchasing Manager for this company.

Matthias MOREAU, Partner

Graduated Reims Management School (CESEM)

Degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux in 1997<br>After 7 years as an SAP<sup>®</sup> consultant for firms such as PWC or IBM where he participated in numerous implementations projects (Cegetel, Shell, Butagaz, Rexam..) as a logistics consultant then as manager of the functional team, Yann came to Conseils-Plus as a partner.<br>He currently contributes actively to the development of the Sustainable Development division.

Yann SALENAVE, Partner

Bordeaux Management School (BEM), graduated in 1997

Management

Laurent began his career at the St-Gobain purchasing direction as Transport Purchaser.
Then he worked at SAFRAN as SAP <sup>®</sup> MM Methods Engineer, afterwards at Spectrumbrands
as Logistic Manager in charge of SAP<sup>®</sup> projects. He joined Conseils-Plus in 2007
to deal with the Inventories Management pole.

Laurent FESTOR, Director SAP® Logistics

After a career begun at SAP<sup>® </sup> for the oil industry solution development, worked by the methods of
large consulting compagny (Accenture, IBM) and punctuated with international great projects
(in Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa), Anna joined Conseils-Plus team as a specialized manager in logistic SAP<sup>® </sup> processes and
in particular in oil industry (exploration and production, refining and distribution).

Anna GUIOT, Director SAP® Oil Solutions

London University, graduated in 1996 (MBA in International Management)

$Philippe has been working in consultancy for over 12 years (6 at PWC/IBM). He has extensive knowledge in Finance and Controlling related topics as well as in project management. He has mainly been working for following customers: Total, Shell, Lyondellbasell, Renault, Owens-Illinois (ex-BSN in France), Saint-Gobain Refractories and Pont-à-Mousson, Rexam PLC.$

Philippe MEYER, Director SAP® Finance & Controlling

EM Strasbourg, the Business School of Strasbourg University

Formerly SAP CO project manager and management controller for Canal + .In 2006, he joins consulting business as a fonctionnal consultant, expert on SAP BW and CO solutions. He joins us, in February 2008, his skills are controlling, budget planning and BI.

Stéphane PARISIS, Solution Department Director

Graduated with a MA Business Economics, ESC Toulouse (2000).

Timothée graduated from the UTBM in 1999 and has a Masters in Business Administration from the Paris IAE in 2004. After working for 6 years in finance, as the manager of applicative production at Selftrade, and then as “Routing & Risks Surveillance” project manager at Boursorama (part of the Société Générale), Timothée joined Conseils-Plus in 2005 as the manager of information systems. He is responsible for the information system, development and IT security.

Timothée MAISONNIER, Management Information System Director

MBA Sorbonne Business School, graduated in 2004

Loïc begins its career within the group DURA, American automobile equipment, in 1998.
He occupies there successively the functions of Management Auditor and Multisite Financial Controller in France
before taking responsabilities all over European as a Business Unit Controller and finally Operation Controller.
Looking for a new working and activity environment, he chooses to join Conseils-Plus team as Financial Director.
